Forever Yours and Whitley Hall Hotel respect the privacy of users of this site. From time to time, we may change this Privacy Statement. We collect information about you when you make a booking using our website or contact us by telephone to make a booking or to initiate an enquiry about a booking. Making an appointment: In order to make and guarantee an appointment you will need to provide us with specific personal details. Your details will be used for the purpose of handling that appointment and will be provided to the hotel in which you are staying. The information we collect will include your name, email address and telephone number.

When making an appointment by telephone, your details will be entered into a booking system which is also hosted in a secure environment. Please note that, from time to time, calls to our team may be recorded in order to improve the service offered to our customers and for training purposes only.
When you make an appointment we will use your email address for the purpose of fulfilling that appointment. This will include sending you an email to confirm your reservation and may include additional communication should we need to contact you regarding specific requirements or a cancellation.

Electronic mail: from time to time we may send you promotional communications by electronic mail that we think will be of interest to you, using the contact details you have provided to us. Occasionally, we will also communicate with people that have registered on third party websites and have specifically requested to receive further information about Forever Yours. These communications may include contact by email. These communications will only be sent by Forever Yours by Whitley Hall Hotel and will relate to promotions and services that Forever Yours and Whitley Hall Hotel offers to its customers. Feedback: in order to monitor, maintain and improve the quality of our products and our services, we may contact you following your booking with Forever Yours in order to request feedback relating to your booking. In order to do this we may share information with a designated third party, working on our behalf, so that feedback can be gathered and collated. Any information shared in this way will be used only for the purpose of obtaining feedback relating to that specific hotel stay. Any feedback you provide will appear as anonymous if it is published on our website.

Third parties: We do not share, sell, exchange or trade your personal information to or with third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. Sensitive financial information provided to us when making a booking via the website or by telephone is passed securely and only to a designated, Level 1, PCI compliant Payment Service Provider (PSP) for the purpose of making/fulfilling your booking. Sensitive financial information is never shared by Forever Yours and Whitley Hall Hotel.

We do not collect personal information from your computer without your knowledge or consent. We may use cookies to collect general, anonymous tracking information about the way in which visitors to our website interact with it or to assess the overall success of a promotional email communication.

Information collected using tracking cookies is aggregated and used for statistical purposes and is not linked to your personal details. All personal identifiable data is stored on company servers, password protected and secure. We do not provide 3rd party access or allow users to dial in remotely. Our premises are secured by industry approved alarms and CCTV surveillance is in operation across all our sites.

CCTV footage is retained for a reasonable amount of time in accordance with security best practices and all video/audio is stored securely for review by us or relevant 3rd parties such as local law enforcement, legal entities or for insurance purposes.

This privacy policy applies only to the Forever Yours website and booking system. Any third party website that you access via a hyperlink from the Forever Yours website is not the responsibility of Forever Yours and Whitley Hall Hotel, and any information collected while you may be visiting that website will be in accordance with the privacy policy of that third party. We advise that you read the privacy policy of any such third party website.
