The Booking Process
You can contact us as early as you’re ready to start the process. Once you get in contact with us we will arrange an appointment with you to discuss your requirements and put a quote together.
Yes, all our consultations with our wedding stylists are free.
After your initial consultation we try our best to get your quote over to you within the following few days however please be aware this can take up to a week during busy periods.
Once you have seen us for your initial consultation we will require a 10% deposit which secures your styling with the final payment made 6 weeks prior to your wedding date once we have confirmed your final requirements.
We ask that you come down between four to six weeks before your booking to confirm final numbers and requirements. We will then produce your final invoice that needs to be paid within two weeks – at least two weeks before your booking.
If your numbers change between your initial invoice we don’t need you to update this information with us (unless there is a significant change). If you change some of your products it’s best to send us an email and let us know just to make sure we haven’t already or subsequently hire them to other bookings.

Styling Questions & Answers
We certainly do! Based at Whitley Hall and visit by appointment only, so you can see what we have to offer in person. We have a table set up that we can dress so you can get a really good idea of how things will look on the day. We can play and tweak around until the set up is perfect for you!
No, you don’t have to book our specific styling packages. Our packages have been created to simplify the process and contain some of our most popular styling choices, its also great for helping with your wedding budget initially. However, we do also make bespoke packages and quotes to meet all our couples individual requirements.
Absolutely! Not only do we offer event styling but also floristry and stationery so we can take away all the additional stress and you only need to deal with one supplier. We also offer Hair and Makeup within Forever Yours and can recommend a great Cake Maker too!

The wedding industry is forever growing and we understand that trends change. We are constantly updating our stock therefore if there is not a product available that you have your heart set on please ask your stylist at your consultation as there is always the possibility that we can source this for you.
Absolutely! Some couples book years in advance and what you like at your first meeting and what you like 6 months before may change. We completely understand that weddings develop and we’re really flexible when it comes to changing your styling needs to suit your updated tastes. The most important thing to us is that you get the wedding day of your dreams! However, once your final details have been confirmed 8 weeks before any changes after this date may incur an administration cost/restocking fee.
Don’t worry, it’s quite normal to not have an exact plan or image in your mind when it comes to your styling but that is exactly what we are here for! We have a wealth of knowledge in our chosen fields and pride ourselves on quickly establishing what it is you are looking for and surpassing your expectations to create the wedding of your dreams.
We currently do not have a minimum value that you need to spend with us if we are styling your wedding at Whitley Hall. If we are travelling to another venue the minimum spend is dependant on the distance we would have to travel.

Yes, we will be there to dress your suite for your styling and then collect these the following day so our couples do not need to worry about a thing!
Please just advise us of your new wedding date so we can update our records however this should never be a problem so long as the wedding was not due to take place in the next 8 weeks. If your wedding was due to take place within 8 weeks you may incur an administration/re stocking fee.
Yes! We have a huge range or products and ideas to meet all types of themes and styles however if you are wishing to provide some decorations that are more personal to you we would be happy to put these out for you provided they are straight forward. Please advise your stylist at your consultation and they will advise if there would be any additional charges incurred for your items.
To ensure that we have all required items in stock for your wedding date we require all details to be finalised 8 weeks prior to your wedding date. Once your final requirements have been made a final invoice will then be produced which must be settled no later than 6 weeks prior to your wedding.
The Booking Process
After your initial enquiry a member of our team will contact you to check availability and book in your trial. We insist that a trial for bridal hair and makeup is arranged, any other trails for additional members of your party are at your discretion.
The more we know about your wedding the better and we love pictures!!
Inspiration and mood boards are a great idea to give your stylists ideas of where to start to plan your journey with us.
Include images of your wedding dress, wedding style, colour schemes and any particular theme you may have.
Wedding hair styles that you might like, make up looks that appeal to you and those that absolutely don’t!
If you have ideas and suggestions then we would love to hear them, but equally if you don’t know where to start then don’t panic, this our speciality!
A non-refundable deposit of £100 for each bridal trial is to be paid at the time of booking. If your booking is confirmed this will be deducted from your final invoice.
Any additional trials must be paid for at the time of booking but this cost will not be deducted from your invoice, this is an additional per person cost and is not included in any package price.
If you decide not to proceed with your booking any deposits/trials paid in advance will be retained for the stylists time and products used.
Once a booking is arranged with our team a confirmation will be sent to you detailing the arranged date and time to attend the salon and the cost of your package.
The cost of your full hair & makeup styling will be added to your Forever Yours invoice however different payment schedules will be in place for the payment of these services. Our Hair Stylists and Makeup Artists are external suppliers working under the Forever Yours umbrella, therefore they must be protected from cancellations to a different level. All services booked at six weeks prior to event are considered confirmed and full payment will be required should they be cancelled after this time.
Hair & Makeup Questions & Answers
Hair OR makeup only will generally last 1-1.5 hours. Both hair AND makeup will last 2.5 – 3 hours.
For hair trails we ask that you wash your hair the evening before and arrive with it dry and no styling product in. No heated tools to be used beforehand as this makes it more difficult to restyle.
For makeup trials all we ask are bare faces please!
Most will take place at the salon located at Whitley Hall. If this space is fully booked and it is convenient for yourself and your stylist an alternative salon may be used or a home visit arranged (additional fees may apply for a home visit).
This will depend entirely on what styles are chosen. Once we have agreed your chosen styling at your trial an arrival time for the day of your wedding will be confirmed to you in writing.
Styling on your wedding day will usually take place in the salon at Whitley Hall or in a designated space at the hotel depending on availability. Home visits can be arranged but these may incur an additional cost.
We have a team of stylists that work for us so any number of the same party can usually be accommodated without issue provided that we know in advance.
As we want to get your bridal hair and makeup nothing short of perfect for your big day then we insist that a trial to confirm your requirements is booked ahead of your wedding day. The price of all our packages includes a trial for the bride.
Other members of the party do not necessarily need trials to be booked but we highly recommend that this is done (additional cost applies) to ensure we can cater for your needs on the day.
If a trial for other party members is not booked then each individuals requirements (styles, hair types, embellishments etc) must be discussed with your stylist beforehand to ensure we have adequate time on the day of your wedding.
Your trial should be booked with us at least 3 months prior to you wedding day to ensure that we have the availability.
Another consultation can be booked but this will incur an additional cost which WILL NOT be deducted off your final invoice.
